Head 4 leadership has several coaching services to meet the needs of SME’s, Co owners, those new to leading, middle, senior leaders and C-suite leaders. Also coaching for teams.

We do this by:
- Creating a plan with personal or team measures (e.g. confidence levels, facing personal barriers) with practical performance metrics (such as: time spent, relationships built, cost savings, customer satisfaction, revenue generated, employee engagement) to assist with accountability and commitment.
- Ongoing ratings on an individual or team’s progress as the programme progresses, showing visible results and motivating attention for further achievement.

A bit about neuroscience and leadership coaching
Coaching in the traditional sense is set in the here and now. A client presents situations and the coach will help them to find solutions using their coaching skills. Often a problem gets treated rather than the cause. NeuroCoaching addresses these literally ‘Head On’.
The brain is ‘tool of prediction.’ In microseconds you predict the outcome of a future event based on what happened the previous time a similar event occurred. The problem is, that the recollection or memory may be distorted or wrong. Memory can be mis-remembered, especially if it is from an experience a long time past.
NeuroCoaching helps you to broaden your conscious cognitive awareness and test your brain’s immediate assumptions. Usual ways of thinking can be challenged, and old thought patterns can be interrupted. New information aids new brain connections and options. Trying the new ideas can lead to a new way of thinking, feeling and leading. With regular practice this adds to and starts to takes over from the old ways. In doing so you have tools at hand to be a better leader, manager or operator in your workplace. Applied fully and you’ll have a better mindset for all aspects of your life!
